William Kim
I am currently an undergraduate student studying applied mathematics and computer science at Johns Hopkins University, where I am mostly interested in probabilistic ML and reinforcement learning.
I previously studied applied mathematics at Columbia University.
Outside of work, I enjoy skateboarding, cooking and eating, playing chess, following the quantitative stock trading space, and eating five team flashes while running out long doors in counter-strike 2.
Some other independent projects I have worked on:
- Monte Carlo EM ml research
- Multi-factor forecasting ETF model quant research
- Cross-sectional alpha generation using GBT quant research
